Remarks From Kikapu: Off Land is one of our personal favorites around here, and we couldn't be happier than to have him closing out the Circle series of releases with this masterpiece of minimal ambience. All of Off Land's work consists of very emotive ambience and drone music, and 'Heliopause' is no different. Light drones swirl around slow, beautiful melodies to form a cohesive whole. Also present in this piece are minute, interesting rhythms and percussive tones. Overall, these few sparse elements come together to create quite a beautiful and moving piece of music. Twenty minutes of gorgeous drones, melodic minimal ambience and concealed rhythms. Includes a highly collectable limited edition 3" cd housed in a letterpressed cardboard sleeve hand-printed by Matt Borghi. The cover art is hand drawn by Off Land.
